Enrollment Policy

1. The authorized employees, answer inquiries in a timely manner. A program outline and relevant information is provided to the student when the student contacts Resilient College Ltd. Course outline will be made available in course contents sections separately on LMS at enrollment into course.

2. Perspective students may contact the college via the phone and/or email.

3. The authorized employees correspond with prospective student to discuss the program of interest, and provide information about the program, start dates, fees, installment plans, policies etc.

4. Once the student has decided on a program of study, the authorized staff will ensure that the student meets all the criteria.

5. The authorized employees obtains evidence (e.g. study permit) from the student that he/she meets all of the program’s admission criteria and places the evidence in the student file. See course/program outlines for specific program admission criteria. For example, high school diploma or equivalent. Also see Language Proficiency Policy.

6. The student must meet the English Language Proficiency requirement. The admission criteria cannot be waived by either the college or the applicant till PTIB specifically authorized any such admission on case-to-case basis.

7. The student will have continual access to the College Handbook, which contains all policies, on the College website. The student will acknowledge during registration that they have read and understood all related polices available on website and handbook including but not limited to:

  • Tuition Refund Policy
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Withdrawal Policy
  • Dismissal Policy
  • Admissions Policy
  • Attendance Policy
  • Grade Appeal Policy
  • Work Experience Policy
  • Student Statement of Right

8. If requested, the Handbook can be sent to the student by email.

9. After receiving evidence that the prospective student meets all of the admission criteria, the authorized employee, prepares a Student Enrolment Contract. If requested the authorized employee, arranges with the prospective student to review the contract and the policies that will affect the student during his/her program of study. Financial arrangements for payment of tuition and other fees may also be discussed before the contract is signed by the parties.

10. Students are advised within the contract that the college does not require them to purchase course material, textbooks, or other materials from a specific source.

11. Students are advised within the contract of the refund policy and statement of rights. Students are advised that the application fee/administration fees are non-refundable.

12. A copy of the signed contract is provided to the student and the original is filed.

13. Students can pay fees and tuition by e-transfer or through other banking modes. No cash is accepted. The students will be provided with specific receipt for all payments received by college.

14. A program outline is provided to the student and all further questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.

15. The Senior Educational Administrator or the Director of Operations sends a letter to the student confirming their acceptance to the college.
